This 18 year-old artist paints a sonic picture like no other. A relatively new presence in the industry, quannnic first posted on Soundcloud back in 2021. Since then, the singer, songwriter & producer has released a handful of singles and their debut album “kenopsia.” This immersive project, released via deadAir, reinvents genres like shoegaze, digicore, nu-metal & hyper-punk. Though heavy and intense at times, quannnic’s debut is a breath of fresh air, balancing melancholic, drowned out vocals with aggressive, yet emotional arrangements. With only five tracks released prior, the maturity and completeness of “kenopsia” feels like a graduation.
Having amassed a fanbase of over 700,000 monthly listeners, quannnic continues to soundtrack what feels like the complicated, and often depressing parts of growing up. Using the success and momentum of their project and newer singles like “Sheets - Demo” & “A Mind of Her Own”, quannnic and the team are looking to get booked very soon, and are in conversation with some prospective talent agencies.
