Although she has just recently entered the spotlight, Pretty Girl has already cemented her name in the electronic dance scene. The Australian DJ and producer, born Emilia Predebon, is well known in the Melbourne electronic community for her expansive, deep house tracks – and she is only growing in popularity. Her comprehensive discography on Soundcloud alone gave her the recognition needed to DJ with acts like DJ BORING & Skin on Skin. In 2021, she released her debut single “Sun Phase,” which featured her own vocals, floaty synths, and tight percussion, on all streaming platforms. Since then, Pretty Girl has released the progressive house EP “Middle Ground,” and most recently the single “Nice To See You.”

Setting up each track with simple, yet rich layers, Pretty Girl is highly skilled in crafting an atmosphere for her songs. Her dreamy approach to production takes each listener on a journey that lasts through the duration of her sometimes eight minute-long tracks. It’s obvious her love for dance music, as it clearly shines through in the care she puts into her records. “Music’s best when it's shared with people and to be surrounded by people that have the same love for dance music is amazing. It's a very connective art form.”
