About
Pom Pom Squad is the indie/grunge rock band out of Brooklyn, New York led by frontwoman Mia Berrin. Originally starting as a solo project in 2015, Berrin recruited her bandmates a few years later at a show upon moving to New York City.
Soon after the formation, the four-piece gained recognition for their debut EP Ow including new fans Tegan and Sara and Sarah Tudzin of the illuminati hotties. Tudzin went on to help produce the Squad’s album Death Of A Cheerleader with Berrin.
The band was named to Stereogum and Nylon’s 2021 watchlists and are poised for a big follow-up year. Stream all their music here.
