About
Prior to a few years ago, Johan Lenox never really listened to contemporary hip-hop or pop music. That was until a friend played him Kanye West’s MBDTF (while he was on acid) and his life changed.
Lenox proceeded to mashup Kanye & Beethoven with a 50-piece live orchestra deemed YEETHOVEN. Since then, the Massachusetts-bred artist has been producing for the likes of Lil Nas X, Big Sean & even incorporated his signature strings into Travis Scott’s acclaimed ASTROWORLD.
Previously signed to Island Records, Lenox returned to his independent roots with his new album WDYWTBWYGU. He also finished up a huge tour run with 070 Shake, who he worked with on her new album You Can’t Kill Me.
