About
After dropping her track ‘Good Love 2.0’ to major buzz in 2020, Priya Ragu signed a record deal with Warner Records UK and quit her job to take on her music full-time.
While creating her debut mixtape (which dropped this month) Damnshestamil, the Swiss-Sri Lankan R&B singer took the advice of her brother and decided to incorporate components of her local Tamil community. ‘Lockdown’ off the new project was just named Tune of the Week BBC Radio 1.
Now the 35-year-old Ragu has been tipped by many including Notion and NME as one to watch and landed herself a feature on Jungle’s recent praised album. She’ll be supporting them this month before moving on to her own tour this Fall.

Priya has a European tour planned this Fall with 9 stops in addition to performing at the 2022 Primavera Sound Festival in Barcelona and supporting Jungle on a few dates.
Her first headlining show is sold-out and happens 11/23 in London @ The Jazz Cafe.
