Australia-based booking group Seismic Talent Agency is breaking ground with its “diverse representation and […] prioritization of unique stories.” Founded in 2020 by talent director Joel Siviour, Seismic Talent is the first of its kind, being the first major agency to launch with a gender parity across its roster.

Joel, who previously worked his agent magic at Falcona and Select Music, has been on a decade-long journey to bring tailor-made touring strategies to his clients within their individual space while simultaneously developing his career as a booking agent.

Seismic Talent has broadened horizons for talent agencies and artists alike. Across the Asia-Pacific region, the company has extended its representation to a star-studded roster of drag performers. Iconic acts like Karen From Finance and Spankie Jackzon (winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under season 2) have joined the agency as it aims to kick-start all its artists’ global careers.

Joel is rightfully proud he is able to prioritize his values as an agent when looking to take on a new client. “It means a lot to me that we’ve been able to embody the change we wish to see in the music industry and it’s an area that we plan to continue leading in the years ahead.”
