Founded in 2021 by tenured managers Mike Ferri and David Sheppard, Good Problems is a full service music management and consulting firm that boasts a notable roster of exciting new acts.

Before joining forces to work with artists like dacelynn and Voda Fuji, Mike was bass player and songwriter for American rock band We Are The In Crowd, and David – back in 2012 – managed their merchandise and was their lighting designer.

Their partnership and friendship continued through the band’s touring in 2015 as they started laying the groundwork for what would become Good Problems. Mike branched out into artist management at Element 1 until 2017, while David continued to cut his teeth in the world of tour managing working with acts like Passion Pit and Tokyo Police Club.

The duo’s shared experience on both the artist and business side not only equipped them with the skills to run a full service enterprise that can fulfill artists’ needs, but to know what key indicators to look for in a potential signing as well. All the artists signed with Good Problems are risk-takers who understand how to diversify their income streams and the importance of developing a brand that extends beyond the music.
