letsnotbestrangers is an artist management & development company based in Los Angeles, founded by Chandler Chruma in late 2021.

Originally from New York, Chandler previously worked in promotions for Atlantic/Elektra before moving to Los Angeles, where she then managed west coast promo for Arista after a stint @ Kobalt.

On the management side, this is Chandler’s 3rd iteration - managing a roster of artists, songwriters & producers under Bluerose MGMT and Every Eight Hours with Russell Kaplan before launching letsnotbestrangers.

The company’s ethos is focused around “encouraging the culture shifters and storytellers of tomorrow,” and that “creative integrity should never be sacrificed to fulfill the agenda of anyone other than the creator.”
