Proper Management (launched circa 2013) is an artist & songwriter/producer management company based out of New York & Los Angeles.

The company was co-founded by Brice Ormesher & Jacob (Jake) Cohen, who’ve recently come to settle their core roster around alt-z/pop/[other popular sub-genre] creators.

In addition to managing clients under Proper, Brice works as a Creative A&R Consultant for Primary Wave’s publishing division & has spent time with Yeezy as a music/biz dev consultant.
