About
THE BLSSM, real name Lily Lizotte, are the LA-based artist who is cementing their path to be one of Gen-Z’s rockstars.
It might run in the family, as their dad is legendary Australian singer Diesel. After hearing his sessions live in their home in Sydney growing up, young Lizette recognized music was the path they wanted to follow. Fast forward to 2021, when THE BLSSM dropped their acclaimed debut EP 97 BLOSSOM before being signed to Fueled by Ramen earlier this year.
Taking from elements of various genres, THE BLSSM spoke to Apple Music about being sonically ambiguous, which translates to their personality as non-binary. Now the budding singer has just released their major label track “Dizzy”, with production help from James Ivy.
THE BLSSM are set to release a project later this year as well as perform at Hangout Festival in just a few months. Stay up to date on all of their releases here.
